I'm switching to a new DAW. If I ask for suggestions, 99% of the time, the answers here will be "Use the one I use because I don't know any better". And so, I ask this question instead: Which DAW do you use and what do you hate about it?

I've been using Tracktion/Waveform for nearly 20 years. It's easily the best DAW I've ever come across in terms of its fundamental paradigm and workflow. It never tried to copy the analog mixer concept and that always made sense to me because it's not an analog mixer, it's on an interactive computer screen. It also never tried to copy Cubase just because that was the most successful early music program. However, I've been having issues with it for a while and working on my last project frustrated me so much that I simply have to switch to something else now.
Switching to another DAW is very difficult after so much time, especially because in Waveform I take a lot of things for granted that have only now starting to appear in other DAWs. But there is so much choice that it's difficult to make an informed decision. Reviews are no help because they only ever tell you what is good, and they're all good.
Please don't tell me what you like about your DAW. Whatever features you like probably also exist in the other DAWs, so that's not helpful at all; the best DAW is always the one that you know best. It will also just cause this to descend into X is better than Y and lots of "Reaper iS teh best!!>" posts.
So, what really does your head in? What are the really stupid things that make no sense, but you've forced yourself to put up with? What are the annoying things that you can't believe still haven't been resolved after years? Feel free to use this as an opportunity for a good rant.
Update:
Thoughts so far.
Really great responses overall. It really is a great way to find out what I can dismiss because it clearly won't fit with me.
Logic: I've always been interested in Logic because it had MIDI modifiers, somewhat similar to my beloved Bars & Pipes on the Amiga (but nowhere near as good; nothing comes close). From the comments here, it sounds pretty ideal, but it's only on the Mac. So no.
Cubase: Dongle. No.
Ableton: No. I work on a very diverse set of music and Ableton won't work for me. The lack of a featureful MIDI editor is a killer, as is crappy comping. Every time a new major version has been released, I've been shocked to find out that they only just implemented a basic version of something that I'd been using for 10 years.
Pro Tools: No. Always hated it. It's always felt archaic, crashy, and unncessarily expensive. It's only real benefit seems to be the ability to "send me a ProTools session", but I think its losing ground as the industry standard these days.
FL Studio: The piano roll sounds like exactly the sort of thing I want, but it's recording capabilities seem pretty tragic. If they focus in the right direction, I think it could become a really great DAW for all purposes, but it's not there yet.
Reaper: I'm still on the fence about it. It's very capable, but I've always hated the interface. There are far too many menus. It's like almost no thought has gone into it whatsoever.
I'm interested to hear more about some of the lesser-talked-about DAWs like Bitwig, Studio One, Digital Performer, Samplitude, so if you use any of them, jump in. We've had some Mixcraft comments, which is nice. How about Ardour, LMMS, Radium? Are they bad?
Update 2:
Some info about my workflow as some have asked about it.
I work on pretty diverse music professionally and have done for a long time, so I need something pretty capable across the board. I do games, so style-wise it could be anything from orchestral to, well, anything. I also do other production and arrangement work, so singesongwriter stuff, bands and so on. My next stuff for myself is probably going to be electronic-based, but with guitars and vocals, so that will be most of my usage for a few months. I need loops, I need to record multiple takes of audio, I need a strong MIDI editor. I compare all MIDI editors to Bars & Pipes Pro, and that's a very high bar as it is way in advance of everything that has ever come along since. I use Melodyne quite a lot, so ARA support is pretty important. Built-in or bundled sounds don't interest me at all. I've got myself into a very efficient way of working with mostly Kontakt, Reaktor, and some essentials for EQ, compression and so on. Studio One is looking pretty good at the moment.
Final update:
This has been a great thread and I thank everyone for responding. I hope that others have found it as useful as I did. At the very least, it helped a few people who were shown how to resolve some annoyances that they posted. For my part, I think it's interesting that my opinion about each DAW has hardly changed. I just had a lot of things clarified regarding my own experiences and what I already suspected. The lack of issues in Logic really did make me think again about whether I want to go down the Mac route or not, and people seem pretty happy with Cubase, which is surprising because for 10 years now I've heard nothing but complaints about it from its users. Version 9 seemed especially bad.
And after demoing everything I could get my hands on, I have ended up going with.....Presonus Studio One. It's got a good interface, the MIDI editing is pretty good, the audio warping and editing is excellent, the routing system is horrible compared to Waveform (but that's the same with every DAW). It seems flexible enough to cover all bases. Hopefully it will all go smoothly and I'll soon be able to work as quickly as I do in Waveform, but without the bugs. I still highly recommend trying Waveform, by the way. There's nothing else like it. Just be aware that it has a different paradigm to what you're used to.

Please help me like studio one

I want to love this DAW. I was having issues with ableton, which I used for 8 years and I even tutor people in it's use. Now that I'm a semi-pro musician with maybe 1/5th of my income coming from music related services, I just wanted something a little more feature packed and Studio 1 seemed intriguing vs. bitwig.
As an owner of Melodyne Editor I love the ability to work with it integrated. Such a time saver on vocals. And the tempo mapping for doing live tracks is phenomenal. BUT oh my god the actual productivity functions in the DAW are horrendous. That's not to say that they don't exist, but basic things like transporting around the track and working on midi clips is just killing it for me.
I can't effectively compose midi when there's a million layers of notes always stacking up. I finally crafted a macro to get rid of all the event layers, but doing something like programming live drums is just destroying my workflow. In general, where Ableton rarely has steps to any given task, Studio one is just menu after menu, or there's just some convoluted stepped process to get basic things done. It is 100% a more powerful DAW with more features, but it just takes sooo long to do any of those features in a timely manner. I was happy about the macros, but jeez I'm going to have to create so many just to get something done that I'll never remember them all.
I'm just sort of sad. I want to love it, but I need to be able to fly in this DAW. Not just trudge around. This isn't based on learning curve type stuff, but just general tasks that I will have to do a million times per song. I live in the midi roll and it's just not doing it for me now.
